Traumatic brain injury is not a single condition. Why common psychotropics require review

This is not a complete contraindication list and should not be used to stop, taper, or substitute any medication. Medication changes can themselves create harm. That rationale may explain why a protocol is discussed, but it does not establish that ibogaine is safe for people with TBI, PTSD, mood disorders, or complex medication profiles.
